BiggieFit works on your device with no account. If you sign in, your training data syncs so it follows you to another device. The app counts its own use anonymously unless you turn that off, and sends notifications only if you turn them on. No ads, no passwords, no tracking across other apps or sites, and we never sell your data. You can delete your data, or your whole account, from inside the app.
BiggieFit is made and operated by BiggieWorks LLC. When this policy says “we”, it means BiggieWorks LLC.
We do not collect your real name, contacts, precise location, or health sensor data, and we do not store IP addresses.
To sign you in and sync your data, to send the notifications you asked for, to understand how BiggieFit is used so we can improve it, and to keep the service secure (for example, limiting repeated sign-in attempts). Never for advertising.
A few service providers handle data only to run BiggieFit for us: Cloudflare (hosting and our database), Resend (sign-in emails), Google (Google Play, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications in the Android app), and your web browser’s own push service for notifications on the web. Exercise videos open on YouTube under YouTube’s own policies. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, or share it for marketing or advertising. We would only disclose it if the law requires us to.
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Anonymous device records are deleted after a period without use, or straight away if you ask. Our host keeps short-term backups for disaster recovery, so deleted data can remain there for up to 30 days. Data on your device stays until you clear it.
Everything travels over encrypted connections. There are no passwords: you sign in with an emailed link or code, or a passkey that never leaves your device. In the Android app, Android keeps a sign-in key in your Google backup, end-to-end encrypted, so a new phone opens signed in; signing out removes it.
BiggieFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

You can also export everything stored on your device from the app’s settings, and sign out at any time.
